I bring years of experience working with women navigating complex health issues, developmental trauma, CPTSD, inner child work, work/life balance, and relational challenges. My approach integrates training in Somatic Experiencing® and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you move through deep-rooted patterns at a pace that feels safe…and sustainable.
