I help women navigate life’s biggest transitions—perimenopause and beyond—through a deep, body-centered approach to healing. My work is rooted in nervous system regulation, trauma recovery, and functional nutrition, guiding women back to a life that feels energized, aligned, and fully their own.

My Story

In my late 40s, my body began to shut down in ways I couldn’t ignore.

I wasn’t sleeping.
My period had stopped.
I had daily digestive issues.
And then, at 47, I had a stroke.

Doctors couldn’t explain it. They told me stress couldn’t have caused it. But I knew better.

Two days before, I was packing up my marital home, preparing to leave a 20-year relationship, and staring down financial strain in a business that no longer felt aligned. I had spent years running on autopilot, overriding my own needs, and ignoring the mounting signals my body was sending me.

That moment was my wake-up call.

I realized that if I wanted my life to change, I had to change how I showed up in it. I needed to rebuild my health at the root—physically, mentally, and emotionally.

So, I did.

I immersed myself in the study of nervous system regulation, stress physiology, trauma healing, and functional nutrition—bridging the gap between science and lived experience. I learned how past experiences shape our health, how dysregulation impacts hormones, digestion, and energy, and how to restore the body’s innate capacity to heal.

What I learned didn’t just change my life—it became the foundation of my work today.

My Approach

Healing isn’t about quick fixes or surface-level changes. It’s about understanding the deep connections between your nervous system, your biology, and your lived experiences.

I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to women’s health, integrating:
